Ukrainian’s mayonnaises, ketchups and sunflower oil at the PLMA Chicago 2023

The exhibition of the largest manufacturers of private-label food products PLMA Chicago 2023 will be held on November 12-14 in Chicago, USA.

DELTA FOOD is the Ukrainian producer of mayonnaise (including flavoured mayonnaise), ketchups, sauces, mustard and sunflower oil. During the years of work, the company has become a leader in the production of mayonnaise and mayonnaise sauces in the category of private-label in Ukraine. We produce private-label products for leading international, national and local supermarkets, occupying about 80% of the domestic market.

There are more than 100 private-label SKU of mayonnaise, including flavoured mayonnaise, ketchups, sauces and mustard in our product portfolio for more than 30 partners in Ukraine. The share of packaged sunflower oil produced for private label accounts for 80% of our packaged oil production. We work with over 25 clients worldwide. We produce 14 private-label TM of packaged sunflower oil for Europe. DELTA FOOD also exports packaged sunflower oil under its own trademarks – Oleos and Gulyai-Pole.

Since 2015 DELTA FOOD has been actively developing its own brand –Gulyai-Pole ТМ, under which mayonnaise, flavoured mayonnaise, ketchups, sauces, mustard and sunflower oil of high quality and composition are produced. The company is also the owner of the Oleos and Delta TMs.

  • 2023 – launch of a new product category – ketchups
  • 2022 – successfully passed certification of IFS and ISO at the company’s factories.
  • in 2022, the plant was relocated from Huliaipole to Ternopil (Western Ukraine). As of today, the company operates from two factories – in Zaporizhzhia and Ternopil.
  • 2020 – new equipment was purchased for packing of a figure-doy-pack with a top connector for the company’s production line.
  • in 2016, DELTA FOOD was recognized as the winner of the National Business Prize Private Label-2016. The best partner of the year” in the nomination “fair price”.
  • in 2014, the equipment was modernized. Entering the market under the Gulyai-pole brand.
  • 2012 – the beginning of a long-term fruitful cooperation between the company and the largest national supermarket ATB-market.
  • 2009 – company creation: production market launch (mayonnaise, mustard).

SAUCES

Our experts have created 5 flavours of sauces that are best-selling on the market: cheese, garlic, mushroom, tartar and paprika. The cheese sauce is made with the addition of cheese powder, to the mushroom sauce we added pieces of dried mushrooms, and in the tartar, you will find pieces of cucumbers. Garlic will delight you with the taste of dried garlic, and the taste of paprika sauce will not leave you indifferent with its rich taste of paprika.

REFINED SUNFLOWER, FROZEN, DEODORIZED OIL OF BRAND “P” & FOR DEEP-FRYING

High-quality sunflower oil of high purity has a neutral flavor and aroma. Thus, it retains the natural flavour of the components for hot dishes. Suitable for long frying as well as for baking!

Sunflower oil with antioxidant and anti-foam. Such oil differs from classic oil in that it does not foam, does not smoke and oxidizes much less when used repeatedly. Due to this, oil consumption is significantly reduced.

FLAVOURED MAYONNAISE WITH ADDITIVES

We have created 3 flavours of mayonnaise that are often mixed in kitchens: mayonnaise with dill and mayonnaise with mustard, which do not require additional work to diversify the flavours. We also made something exotic-lime-flavoured mayonnaise to try something new! All formulations contain egg yolk powder from cage-free hens.

MUSTARD

Mustard goes well with meat dishes and cheese, enriches the taste of salads and adds piquancy to all sandwiches. It appropriates sauces, soups and marinades! KETCHUPS

Ketchup is a common addition to meat, sausages, ribs and pasta. From the selected Ukrainian tomato paste we make three types of ketchup – Tomato, Kebab and Chili. An ideal recipe without an excessive amount and variety of spices will emphasize the taste of any dish.
