Gulyai-pole continues to travel around the world! DELTA FOOD in London

DELTA FOOD is pleased to invite you to IFE 2024 in London, Great Britain, where our team will present products under the Gulyai-pole trademark at its own stand. This stunning event for the agrobusiness and food industries – International Food and Drink Event – takes place at the ExceL London exhibition center from March 25 to 27, 2024. Each visitor has an opportunity to get acquainted with the company’s product catalogue, detailed advice on the possibilities of manufacturing products under the private label of their company: mayonnaise, flavoured mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, mustard, sunflower oil. The company’s products samples under the TM “Gulyai-pole” will be available.

 

DELTA FOOD is the Ukrainian producer of sunflower oil, mayonnaise (including flavoured one), ketchups, sauces, mustard. During the years of work, the company has become a leader in the production of mayonnaise and mayonnaise sauces in the category of private-label in Ukraine. We produce private-label products for leading international, national and local supermarkets, occupying about 80% of the domestic market.

The DELTA FOOD company began its exhibition activity last year, when for the first time the company’s specialists presented its stand at the PLMA-2023 exhibition in Amsterdam, later in August 2023 the Riga Food-2023 exhibition took place, and in November the company gladly introduced its products to the American market at the PLMA-2023 exhibition in Chicago. All these activities, as well as the opening of the Baltic office in Riga, made it possible to more actively promote products under the TM “Gulyai-pole”, as well as actively develop the private-label direction. Today, the volume of export accounts for 33% of the company’s production volume, which is almost equal to the volume of sales in national markets.

Our product portfolio includes more than 30 partners in Ukraine and more than 100 brands of mayonnaise, including flavoured mayonnaises, ketchups, sauces and mustard. The share of prepackaged sunflower oil under the private label of partners is 80% of our prepackaged oil production. We cooperate with more than 25 clients worldwide. We stably produce 14 own brands of packaged sunflower oil for Europe. DELTA FOOD also exports packaged sunflower oil under its own trademarks “Oleos” and “Gulyai-Pole”.

 

The main stages of the company’s development:

  • 2023 – launch of a new product category – ketchups
  • 2022 – successful IFS and ISO certifications at the company’s factories
  • In 2022, the plant relocated from Huliaipole to Ternopil (Western Ukraine). As of today, the company operations take place on two factories – in Zaporizhzhia and Ternopil.
  • 2020 – new equipment for packing of a figure-doy-pack with a top connector for the company’s production line was purchased.
  • In 2016, DELTA FOOD was recognized as the winner of the National Business Prize Private Label-2016. The best partner of the year” in the nomination “fair price”.
  • In 2014, the equipment was modernized. Entering the market under the TM “Gulyai-pole”.
  • 2012 – the beginning of a long-term fruitful cooperation between the company and the largest national supermarket ATB-market.
  • 2009 – company establishment: production market launch (mayonnaise, mustard).

SAUCES
Our experts have created 5 flavours of sauces that are best-selling on the market: cheese, garlic, mushroom, tartar and paprika. The cheese sauce is made with the addition of cheese powder, to the mushroom sauce pieces of dried mushrooms are added, and in the tartar, you will find pieces of cucumbers. REFINED SUNFLOWER, FROZEN, DEODORIZED OIL OF BRAND “P” & FOR DEEP-FRYING
High-quality sunflower oil of high purity has a neutral flavor and aroma. Thus, it retains the natural flavour of the components for hot dishes. Suitable for long frying as well as for baking!
Sunflower oil with antioxidant and anti-foam. Such oil differs from classic oil in that it does not foam, does not smoke and oxidizes much less when used repeatedly. Due to this, oil consumption is significantly reduced.

FLAVOURED MAYONNAISE WITH ADDITIVES
We have created 3 flavours of mayonnaise that are often mixed in kitchens: mayonnaise with dill and mayonnaise with mustard, which do not require additional efforts to diversify the flavours. We also made something exotic-lime-flavoured mayonnaise to try something new! All formulations contain egg yolk powder from cage-free hens.
